Shipping Guide

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of order unless order is received on a weekend, then shipping will take place from the following Monday.

All orders are shipped by local courier using the overnight service for main centers or economy service for outlying areas which typically takes around 3 to 4 working days from departure.

We use only reliable and accredited courier companies with excellent track records.

We also offer a Pick-Up option from our head office in Parklands, Cape Town. You may collect yourself or use your own courier to collect from our offices. For the purposes of simplicity, we do prefer that you use your own courier, however, this is still up to you. Collection may be arranged for anytime from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. This option must be selected when completing your online order. Our offices will then contact you to discuss your collection and the necessary arrangements will be put in place.

If you have chosen the courier option when placing your order online, you will receive an email from the courier company confirming that your waybill has been raised. Once your item is collected from our offices you will receive another email confirming this too. Should you need to make any changes to the delivery address you may contact the courier directly to do so. Should you have any special instructions these will be relayed to the Courier allocated to handle your order.

All courier prices quoted are VAT inclusive.
