What are Trendify.co.za’s office operating hours?
Trendify.co.za is operational and available 24/7 for purchases. Our office hours are between 8:30 – 5:30. Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays and weekends.
Where can I view orders, shipping details, billing details and account details?
If you log in to your dashboard with your username and password, you will be able to view/change orders, shipping details, billing details as well as edit your account details.
How do I see stock of an item?
If you click to go to your selected item, it will show the stock status under the price in the information section. Please note that if it states “can be backordered”, one may order more than the available stock and receive this back ordered stock at a later date.
I can’t find a product on your website anymore? Why is this?
Trendify.co.za will remove certain products that we may have decided to not import anymore or the imported product is no longer available (discontinued). Where do I find detailed information on a particular item?

What payments are accepted by Trendify.co.za?
All products on Trendify.co.za may be purchased using direct EFT, EFT and credit card via our 3rd party gateway and PayPal.
Can I purchase without a credit card?
Yes. You may pay by direct deposit into our FNB bank account using your order number as a reference. Please see bank details below or Payment Methods for Trendify.co.za‘s banking details.

How long from my confirmed payment will I receive my item(s)?
All products ship within 2 – 5 working days (depending on the delivery destination).
Where must I send proof of payment for my purchase?
Proof of payment is not required if you put your correct order number as a reference on your payment for our service team to verify. Should you have forgotten this order reference number, please email proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I check my past orders?
Yes, go to Trendify.co.za, once logged in go to My Account at the top or bottom of the page. There you will see your all past and present orders. You may also go to Orders History found at the bottom of the page.
Can I have a company invoice for my purchase?
We use the billing information you supply us. Please make sure you put your company name and VAT number under your billing information. Should you not do this in error, please email us at email@example.com and we will gladly correct this for you.
What happens if I do not want a product I ordered?
It is imperative to register a return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days date of receipt and the item reach our Head Office in Cape Town within 21 days.
