If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

1. Item guarantee
Please follow the following procedure
Within 7 days of receiving the item(s), contact us with evidence showing the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.

• Photo or video showing the issue
• Photo of the shipping label and original packaging
• To tell us if you prefer a refund or replacement

a. We will review your claim and contact you if we need additional information.
b. If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective item(s) and you will be asked to return the item(s). We will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
c. Should the product ordered be an unwanted item or gift, it must be returned in mint original condition with full packaging and all accessories. From date of receipt of the goods the customer will have 7 working days to register the return to and 21 calendar days to return the goods to Head Office in Cape Town.

Please note the will not be responsible for all return shipping fees.

3. Do I need to return all its components or just the faulty part?
The item(s) must strictly be returned with all its original packaging and accessories, which includes batteries, chargers, cables etc.

4. Item warranty
If one or more of the item(s) you received, develops issues within the products warranty period, you can return it to Items have different warranties associated with them.

5. Item warranty exclusions
If a product is defective before you start using it or is not working, you can return it to us within the validity period of our warranties.

The following situations are excluded from our warranties:
• Flashes the firmware of a device.
• Opens the body in an attempt to fix the product.
• Modifies, removes or swaps parts of a product.
• Uses the device in a way that it is not intended for.
• Continues to use it once the fault occurs and causes more damage.
• Fails to contact us when the problem first occurs.

a. Warranties do not cover cases of damage to items from accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear or as a result of any acts of weather, example lightning strikes and power surges.
b. Please contact us before returning a defective item, otherwise your return request may be delayed.
c. If a repair is impossible or we can not offer a replacement due to limited stock availability, we will send you a refund to the same payment account you used to place the order.
d. Intimate apparel and adult toys can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
e. If item(s) are lost while being returned, we will not be able to assist you as we wish we could. We recommend that you select a tracked shipping method to return the defective item(s).

• The warranty period for an item begins on the day the item is delivered to you.
